Elevate your spinning! Small glass base for spinning tops. Sleek design that stands almost 3 inches tall – perfect for displaying a top on a desk or shelf. The glass portion is a 3 inch (76 mm) diameter double-concave lens. It comes with a heavy-duty black acetal holder that has a precision machined counterbore with a diameter that the lens easily fits into. When the glass is placed in, there is a lip above the glass to keep spin tops from going off the edge when you launch them. The glass can be removed from the acetal portion to flip it over and for easy cleaning.
This is a good size base for Scovie Turning’s smaller tops, including the Cataract, the Sipsey, and the Craven series.
