Delivery and Shipping Fees
We deliver worldwide. Items are shipped from Birmingham, Alabama. Shipping within the United States is free. Shipping outside of the United States will incur shipping charges that are calculated at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for customs or duty charges.
We do our best to make sure orders are shipped within 5 days after an order is placed. Custom machining orders may take longer. Delivery times vary depending on shipping location.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. Credit card payments are secured by SSL, which encrypts all your data in transit to ensure secure online transactions.
You can also choose to pay for your order through PayPal. In this case, you will be automatically forwarded to Paypal’s payment interface. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in to make payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either pay as a guest or create a PayPal account. PayPal also accepts all major credit and debit cards.
On successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We are confident you will love our products as much as we love making them. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us.
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us to request additional information about product returns. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind after the product has been opened or used.
Because of the nature of custom machining orders, we cannot accept returns for them.
All of our precision spinning tops and other products are machined by us, in our own machine shop in Birmingham, Alabama. Each one is inspected and tested for quality before they are shipped. That said, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us! Requests for exchange of products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery may be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned damaged or faulty product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions above.
Product Availability
All products displayed on our site have been included in good faith on the basis that the products are as described will be available at the time of sale.
If a product is not in stock at the time of your order, you will be notified of this by email and advised of the expected shipment date or cancelation options.
